Delivery Requirements for 25kg+ Items

Items exceeding 25kg must be securely packaged on a forklift-compatible skid, pallet, or crate. Please ensure the dimensions and weights entered include all packaging materials and contents.

Specialized Machinery
Automotive engines, gearboxes, and bulky machinery must be bolted down and secured within a forklift-compatible crate. Note that TNT does not accept engines, transmissions, or gearboxes.

Stacking & Surcharges
For Allied Express bookings, if freight is marked "Top Load" or cannot be squarely stacked upon, the billable height will be recalculated at 120cm.

Forklift & Tailgate Access
A forklift is required at both the sending and receiving addresses. If a forklift is unavailable, you must select the Hydraulic Tail Lift option.
